We are happy to either exchange or provide a credit note for your purchase if you change your mind or order the incorrect size/item on the strict conditions that it is:
- Within 30 days of purchase.
- The product is unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and in resalable condition.
- Return slip must be completed and included with your return.
Once we have received your item we will inspect it to ensure the above conditions have been met and will either ship you your requested exchange or issue you with a credit note via email which will allow you to repurchase any items of your choice. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.
Please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com and include a photo of the fault and advise us of your order number.
Our customer care team will contact you and we will either replace, refund, exchange or credit depending on the circumstances.
